invoice date
- within 90 days after the
declaration of an out-of-print title
- within 90 days after release
of a new edition
- if books are in excellent
sales condition
- Full credit, with invoice
information will be issued providing conditions are met.
Books not eligible for credit will

publisher's warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. All shipping charges
will be added. Orders will be sent the least expensive way
unless otherwise specified by the customer. |
All books purchased
for resale in Canada will have GST (5%) added. US and
International orders are GST exempt. There is no sales tax
on books in Canada.
