- Claims for damaged or defective
books must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All returns are for credit
only and will be applied against future purchases. Returns
will only be accepted :
- after 3 months from the
invoice date
- within 90 days after the
declaration of an out-of-print title
- within 90 days after release
of a new edition
- if books are in excellent
sales condition
- Full credit, with invoice
information will be issued providing conditions are met.
Books not eligible for credit will

will be added. Orders will be sent the least expensive way
unless otherwise specified by the customer. |
